For over three decades, ‘Just Books’ has operated as a popular secondhand bookseller in Cornwall, providing book lovers and collectors with a wide range of vintage books.
Our original bookshop was based in Pydar Mews, Truro, trading for many years successfully, as an independent small business. However in 2024 we relocated to the middle of Falmouth Town Centre within St. Georges Arcade, in Church Street.
The current bookshop is larger than previous premises, with 2 floors of books, of which we try and keep well stocked with a good selection of vintage and collectable books, with particular interest in Art, Cornwall and Children’s literature. Other subjects stocked, include Biography, Folklore, Military History, Humour, Natural History,Travel, Transport, Vintage Fiction as well as Maps, Postcards and much more.
We do operate the shop on a part-time basis and visitors are more likely to find us open in the afternoon towards the end of the week. However do check for Just Books news updates which will include changes to trading hours: see here
