We apologise to any customers who were disappointed to find the shop closed on Saturday, however due to the unforeseen circumstances of the proprietor testing positive for Covid, it was decided not to open for benefit of customer safety. As there are no other staff to operate the shop, we will probably remain closed for the following week, however we will of course post any updates here to when we re-open.

After dodging Covid bullets for the last 2 years, perhaps it was a question of time before this would happen, but it may well be that the new relaxed restrictions which has encouraged more customers not to wear masks, or self isolate if they have Covid which has possibly resulted in this development.
